original early 20th century antique american leaded glass prairie style residential window attributed to robert c. spencer of spencer and powers. spencer worked for a short time in adler and sullivan's schiller building, sharing an office next to friend and colleague frank lloyd wright. the strongly geometric window features extensive use of caming combined with clear glass accentuated with gold flash or sandwich glass panels. the prairie style window is reminiscent of or shares design characteristics with wright's william martin house in oak park. the casement window is free from cracks or breaks.
