unique early 20th century vintage industrial yellow brass factory office task lamp salvaged from an old chicago boiler works factory. the gooseneck lamp was manufactured by the almond manufacturing co., brooklyn, ny. features a weighted cast iron base supporting a fanciful twisted rope motif pole. the flexible gooseneck arm remains in great shape. contains an edison key or paddle socket with brightly colored red paint parabola-shaped rolled rim shade. the lamp has been rewired with period appropriate black cloth lamp cord.
