original and well-maintained real photo post card of adler and sulivan's 1889 auditorium building. the photo postcard was made for or distributed by rotary photo, e.c. the unmarked postcard features the building's exterior with fire escape and 18-story tower with observatory. adler and sulivan's firm occupied the top two floors of the building's tower. the black and white photographic image is crip and clean. great overall condition.
