early 20th century city of chicago electric incandescent street light bracket. this type of fixture was known as the "right angle bend series" bracket, equipped with original green porcelain enameled dome radial wave reflector. the general electric novalux street light steel pipe is original and intact. the radial wave or crimped porcelain metal shade with green glazed ceramic insulator measures 20 inches in diameter. dates to 1910-20. the fixture would likely have used a mazda "c" type incandescent lamp. measures 60 x 24 x 20 inches.
