late 19th century american victorian era interior residential salvaged chicago varnished oak wood room divider wall-mount corbel or bracket designed and fabricated by the decorators' supply company, chicago, il. the corbel was salvaged from a chicago graystone residence built around 1890-95. the corbel is comprised largely of varnished oak wood with elegantly designed hardened composite in the form of deep relief leafage.
