rare original 19th century heavily embossed figural salvaged chicago fireplace tile possibly fabricated by trent or providential tile. the richly colored mottled green glaze is in great overall condition (thr white spots are from studio strobes). the tile has no breaks or cracks. any and all mortar has been carefully removed from the backside.
