original c. 1930's american medical stationary cold-rolled steel hospital examination room supply cabinet designed and fabricated by the shampaine aseptic furniture co., st. louis, mo. the refinished brushed steel storage cabinet contains a single pull-out drawer with original black bakelite knob or pull. the oversized cabinet door retains the original rounded edge clear glass inset. the cabinet interior is painted white with two matching removable folded steel shelves. the brushed metal finish has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. measures 15 3/4 x 13 3/4 x 27 inches.
