original and completely intact late 1930's american art deco machine age wedge-shaped illuminated exit light fabricated by or for the perfeclite co., cleveland, oh. the dark emerald green glass shade was fabricated by kopp glass inc., pittsburgh, pa. the stepped brushed aluminum shade fitter contains a uniform finish. the single light socket affixed to a sheet metal backplate retains the original wiring. the baked white enameled double-sided lettering remains in great shape, considering age. measures 8 1/2 x 8 x 7 1/2 inches.
