c. 1890 antique american residential stained glass transom window featuring an elaborate centrally located palmette flanked by floriated scroll work. the 19th century art glass window was executed by flanagan & biedenweg of chicago. salvaged from a chicago graystone residence undergoing demolition. semi-transparent "glue chip" glass surrounds the palmette. the variegated rippled glass remains in great condition. the lead caming is structurally sound and secure. measures 52 1/2 x 20 1/2 inches.
