two matching highly sought after c. 1930's american art deco "batwing" style interior residential slip shade wall sconces. manufactured by or for the mid-west chandelier co., kansas city, mo. the uniquely shaped pressed glass slip shades retain the original white baked enameled finish with orange accent (outlining the recessed regions). the fixtures are made of cast aluminum with original antique gold enameled finish largely intact. the leviton sockets and dial switches were in working condition prior to removal. measure 5 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches. priced for the pair.
