original and intact late 1860's remarkable weathered and worn interlocking swing-out passage door set salvaged from a pre-fire chicago building bearing a buff-colored joliet limestone facade. the matching oversized interior doors contain a nicely aged early green paint over the original faux gain wood finish. one of the swinging doors is equipped with a protruding piece of trimwork or molding designed to keep the doors interlocked when both are closed. the original porcelain knob and mortise lock was removed long ago. the weathered paint finish is found on both sides of the two doors. the stiles and rails are structurally sound. the doors were removed from the 2nd floor staircase hallway. priced for the pair.
