pair of oversized american 20th century vintage industrial foundry cart stationary casters or wheels fabricated by the bassick company, bridgeport, ct. the two perforated cast iron wheels are supported by heavy steel axles containing cotter pins on either end. the opposing forks or "horns" and baseplates are cast as one piece. the pre-drilled holes allow for the trucks to be anchored against the underside of the cart. the heavy duty cast iron wheels have been refinished and treated with a clear coat lacquer. measure 12 3/4 inches in height. priced for the pair.
