exceptional all original quartered oak wood fireplace mantel designed and fabricated by the charles f. lorenzen & company, chicago, ills. the hand-carved solid oak wood mantel is in great overall condition. the late 19th century mantel was recently salvaged from a lincoln park residence undergoing renovation.
