pabst mansion pavilion - a rare surviving relic of the 1893 columbian exposition on its way to be dismantled again

the exterior buff-colored ornamental terra cotta 1893 world's fair pabst beer pavilion (designed by architect otto strack, who also designed the extant pabst theater) will likely be dismantled in 2024 acoording to several sources, but will it be rebuilt and to what extent.
the last time it was taken apart, crated and rebuilt, was in 1893, at the conclusion of the columbian exposition. captian frederick pabst likely intended it to be united with his milwaukee mansion (1891), given the style and virtually identical finish (the terra cotta on house and pavilion were both executed by the northwestern terra cotta company and finished with a buff-colored slip glaze).
