refinished early 20th century american industrial block and tackle system hay barn pulley. the exact fabricator is not known. the single groove wood rope pulley is original and intact. the primitive metal bracket and oversized eyelet have been lightly brushed and treated with a clear coat lacquer. the wheel spins freely.
