original c. 1940's vintage industrial two tier heavy gauge angled steel mobile factory cart salvaged from an old chicago tool manufacturing factory. the cart fetures unique outswept feet with original hardened black rubber swivel casters. both tiers contain raised edges, with the bottom fully enclosed and the top partially enclosed (i.e., three-sided configuration). reinforced with riveted and welded joints for added structural stability. all original and largely intact old green paint finish. measures 25 1/2 x 19 1/4 x 30 3/4 inches.
