structurally sound freestanding c. 1950's american vintage industrial pressed and folded steel multi-tier oil can rack designed and fabricated by or for the standard oil company. the four graduating shelves are supported by two flanking arched tubular steel supports. the nicely weathered orange and blue enameled finish was left untouched. the bottom tier or shelf contains the words "products of standard oil company" in faded white lettering. the service station product display rack was likely used on a gasoline pump island or possibly near the entrance door of the station. measures approximately 30 x 17 x 48 inches.
