19th century original and intact flush mount iron and bronze salvaged chicago sliding door bolt possibly fabricated by the p. & f. corbin company, new britain, ct. the intact door bolt is comprised of iron with diminutive bronze knob and decorative backplate. the door bolt is in great condition. both the sliding bolt and handle have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer.
