late 1950's vintage american industrial four-legged pressed and folded heavy gauge steel stationary stool designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the low-lying four-legged stool had been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the welded joint angled steel stretchers provide added support and stability. salvaged from a chicago paint factory. seat height measures 24 inches.
