largely intact all original c. 1920's antique american machine age "skyscraper style" interior office and/or commercial building elevator push button cab or car signal plaque likely designed and fabricated by the otis elevator company, new york city, ny. the ornamental bronze wall-mount plaque contains "up" and "down" push buttons designed to signal the elevator cab to that floor. the uniquely designed bronze plaque with a popular "stepped" motif is typical of the period. the original black bakelite push buttons are intact. the surface patina is largely uniform. great overall condition, considering age.
