original and intact c. 1940's industrial stationary chicago butcher shop prep table with nicely worn rock hard maple wood top. the four-legged commercial grade table was likely fabricated by john boos & co., effingham, il. the tubular steel post legs contain threaded end flared footings. the spacious folded and pressed galvanized steel undershelf is secured tightly around the legs. the robust multipurpose table measures 50 x 24 1/4 x 33 1/4 inches.
