original and intact american vintage industrial long and narrow, low-lying locker room bench salvaged from an older chicago public school. the stationary sitting bench retains the original solid maple wood top supported by two heavy gauge steel pedestal bases containing pre-drilled holes for anchoring into the floor. the city school bench was fabricated by lyon metal products inc., aurora, il. the top and bases have been thoroughly cleaned and refinished. measures 72 x 10 x 18 inches.
