two matching all original and well-maintained ornamental cast bronze loose pin stately passage door hinges designed and fabricated by the hopkins & dickinson mfg. co., new york city, ny. the fully functional set of c. 1870's high victorian era passage door hinges were salvaged from a st. louis french second empire mansion built in the late 1870's. the distinctive steeple tip threaded end finials feature palmette design motifs. the elegant foliated scrollwork is accentuated by the original baked black enameled inlay. priced for the pair.
