custom-built salvaged chicago old growth pine wood 19th century workers cottage sill plate sitting bench with welded joint angled steel legs or bases. the robust solid pine wood bench top was salvaged from a chicago worker cottage built before the great chicago fire of 1871. the heavily notched sill plate is supported by welded joint channeled steel with brushed metal finish.
