hard to find completely intact c. 1920's fully adjustable "x-ray" spotlight designed and fabricated by the national x-ray reflector company, chicago, ills. the brushed metal spotlight retains the original gold enameled "mercury glass" reflector. the spotlight contains a single cast iron bracket with two opposed holes for mounting purposes. the mercury glass reflector and ground glass lens are in good overall condition. the socket has been removed an rewired with period appropriate cloth cord and plug. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer.
