hard to find and highly sought after c. 1920's american art deco style interior movie theater lobby ceiling mount illuminated exit lamp possibly fabricated for the perfeclite company, cleveland, oh. the impressive and richly colored ruby red multi-faceted pressed glass globe is three-sided with the word "exit" lightly embossed on each panel. the original baked black enameled background remains in great condition. the shade was likely made by the kopp glass company. the fixture contains a spun brass canopy, fitter and chain in an antique copper finish. rewired with period appropriate braided cloth cord. measures 29 inches long.
