one of two highly desirable c. 1940's antique american industrial interior salvaged chicago factory office building illuminated "exit" ceiling-mount or wall sign designed and fabricated by the western fluorescent light co., chicago, il. the triangular-shaped "can" sign is comprised of pressed and folded steel with original glass panels retaining the original brightly colored oversized red lettering. the fully functional exit signs retain the original light source used to illuminate the glass panels. several western brand informational signs were salvaged from a chicago factory building undergoing demolition in the fulton market district. the signs are priced individually.
