all original late 19th century american victorian era ornamental cast iron exterior commercial store door thumblatch handle possibly fabricated by russell & erwin or the sargent hardware company. the store door handle has been thoroughly cleaned with a mostly uniform brushed metal finish. the finely turned handle contains fanciful steeple finials. measures 12 1/8 x 2 5/8 inches.
