finely cast 19th century art nouveau style cast bronze "columbian" pattern doorknob backplates designed and fabricated by the reading hardware company, reading, pa. interestingly, this pattern was used on the doors in jenney and mundie's manhattan building located in downtown chicago. the 1890's door hardware contains a nicely aged and mostly uniform surface patina. priced for the pair.
