late 1940's vintage american industrial a-frame mobile two tier supply cart salvaged from the national sign company factory, chicago, il. the heavy duty sign cart is comprised largely of welded joint heavy gauge tubular steel with old factory green paint finish mostly intact. the two trays or shelves are made of cold-rolled sheet steel with four-sided rail guards to prevent content spillage. the topmost tray is detachable. the hardened black rubber swivel casters remain in excellent working condition. measures 28 1/2 x 30 x 38 inches.
