original and intact c. 1930's american depression-era art deco style flush mount pendant light fixture with two-part pressed glass "skyscraper" frosted glass shade. the original ceiling pendant with single socket is fully functional. the "wedding cake" style streamlined style shade is free from cracks or breaks. great overall condition. possibly fabricated by the midwestern lighting or lamp cmpany, kansas city, ks.
