original c. 1930's american depression era wall-mount illuminated exit sign or light salvaged from a northwestern indiana theater building demolished long ago. the double-sided flush mount fixture contains a thick ruby red glass globe fabricated by the kopp glass company, swissvale, pa. the polished chrome steel fitter contains a single ceramic socket. the bold white lettering remains in good condition. the single light, wedge-shaped exit light is ready for immediate installation. the richly colored red glass shade is free from cracks or breaks. signed "kopp" near the shade opening.
