fully functional c. 1930's american depression mobile three-tier factory machine shop cart designed and fabricated by the pollard brothers mfg. co., chicago, ills. the robust pressed and folded steel cart has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the tiers or shelves have been slightly modified with the addition of guard rails or edges to prevent spillage of contents. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the welded joint rotating casters were likely fabricated by the bassick company. great overall condition. 18 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 33"
