vintage american wall mount secondary analog clock salvaged from a chicago boilerworks factory office. original clear plate glass cover surrounded by a reinforced black enameled cast aluminum bezel or case. the black paint stamped steel hour and minute hands are original and intact. the clock face is comprised of stamped steel with enameled finish. the standard electric time company of springfield, massachusetts, made electric time systems for public buildings, private industry, schools and other institutions. the systems consist of a master clock, and secondary (or slave) clocks located in any number of rooms. the slave clocks are electrically controlled by the master clock. two matching clocks available.
