all original vintage industrial "toyo" portable toolbox with original highly desirable metallic blue enameled finish. the diminutive storage box is comprised of reinforced pressed and folded steel with functional hasps and carrying handle intact. the vintage toolbox was fabricated in japan. measures 14 x 8 x 3 inches.
