all original and nicely aged c. 1920's antique american industrial train depot embossed clear glass lavatory soap dispenser designed and fabricated by midland chemical laboratories, inc., dubuque, ia. the reinforced pressed clear glass orb contains embossed lettering along the front. the the tubular brass bracket, mount and nozzle originally contained a uniform chrome plated finish that has mostly worn off from prolonged use. the lightweight "midland chemical company" soap dispenser is free from breaks or cracks. the threaded fitter fastens tightly to the glass dispenser. only one available. measures 6 x 3 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches.
