early 20th century small pocket-size catalog representing the outlet, fuses, and switches inventory of the bryant electric company founded in 1888 in bridgeport, connecticut. olive green paperback cover in good condition with slight bumping on the ends and minor bending at the corners. binding is completely intact with little to no wear. all 202 pages of this booklet are intact with only slight tearing on the back page from an exposed staple. interior is a complete listing of inventory including prices, pictures, and dimensions as well as full descriptions of all of their products. the bryant electric company grew to become for a time both the world's largest plant devoted to the manufacture of wiring devices and bridgeport's largest employer and was involved in a number of notable strikes before being closed in 1988 and having its remaining interests sold to hubbell incorporated in 1991. measures 4.5 x 6.5 inches
