original and intact freestanding shelving unit salvaged from the conway clutch co. factory, located in cincinnati, oh. approximately fifteen freestanding cabinets were found in a variety of old enameled finishes. the deep shelves once held gear cutters and/or hobs of various sizes. the original factory green enameled finish remains largely intact (i.e., interior and exterior respectively). comprised of reinforced pine wood boards nailed together. structurally sound and stable, with a surprisingly high load capacity. measures 66 1/2 x 19 x 17 1/2 inches.
