original early 20th century antique american hospital side table once used in conjunction with a nafis & co., portable x-ray device. the four-legged stationary table is comprised of heavy gauge folded and pressed furniture steel thoroughly refinished. retains the original pull-out supply drawers with original fanciful faceted clear or "crystal" glass knob pulls. the four tubular square legs remains structurally sound and sturdy. the tabletop is flanked by two solid steel rod rail guards doubling as handles. fabricated by the blees-moore instrument co., st. louis, mo. measures 30 1/2 x 15 x 31 inches.
