all original late 1930's american art deco folded and pressed brushed steel hospital operating room medical supply cabinet. the structurally sound and robust machine age stationary cabinet is part of the "steel line" series, manufactured by the shampaine co., st. louis, mo. the cabinet contains two equally-spaced pull-out drawers and hinged cabinet doors with original super streamlined style chrome plated handles. the tabletop contains raised edges surrounded by a three-sided welded joint metal strap railgaurd. the ogee feet or corner brackets retain the original steel disc feet. excellent overall condition. measures 33 3/4 x 18 x 32 inches.
