vintage salvaged chicago streets and sanitation mobile plumbing shop cart likely fabricated by pollard or lyon metal products, aurora, ills. the brightly colored orange painted metal cart retains the original swivel casters and stenciled lettering. the two welded joint tiers with raised edges are structurally sound and stable. the weathered and worn painted finish has been lightly cleaned. the workshop tool cart is in good overall condition.
