vintage american industrial four-legged mobile two-tier pressed and folded metal cart designed and fabricated by the pollard brothers, chicago, ills. the nicely worn and weathered olive green enameled cart contains two spacious shevles and pull handle comprised of tubular steel. the stationary and swivel casters are cast iron.
