enormous c. 1950's vintage american industrial film reel salvaged from a southern indiana theater undergoing demolition. the oversized filmstrip reel is comprised of light weight aluminum, with a cylindrical core or hub and heavily pierced walls containing a multitude of circles. the commercial grade film reel was designed and fabricated by goldberg bros., inc., denver, co. surface wear and discoloration evident. makes for a very unique piece of wall art or built-in light grille or screen. measures 47 1/2 x 2 inches.
