early 20th century antique american industrial welded joint portable metal bucket salvaged from a recently shuttered chicago foundry. the bucket was possibly fabricated by the union steel products co., albion, mi. the original and intact oversized drop handle is comprised of wrought iron. the exterior of the industrial container has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. measures 16 x 12 1/2 inches.
