unusual vintage industrial repurposed versatile side table or cabinet containing cabriole style cast iron hospital legs amalgamated with an old heavy duty compartmentalized cabinet or module containing two equally sized drawers. the heavy gauge furniture sheet steel cabinet was fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. company in the 1940's. the cabriole legs were salvaged from a badly damaged medical cabinet dating to 1918-20. the areas containing a brushed metal finish have been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. a newly added old growth pine wood tabletop inset is mounted tightly in place. the multi-purpose furniture piece is structurally sound and stable. measures 24 x 17 x 35 1/2 inches.
