original late 1940 or early 1950's vintage american industrial freestanding slanted front oil can product display rack salvaged from a south side chicago service station. the three tier rack or shelving unit is comprised of folded and pressed steel. the product display rack contains a mostly uniform red paint finish. the graduating shelves are supported by two flanking bent tubular steel pipes joined with two angled steel vertical channels with cross-bracing. exact fabricator unknown. measures 39 x 17 x 54 inches.
