original and intact c. 1950's vintage american industrial lightweight tubular steel factory machine shop stool designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the four-legged steel is equipped with an all-welded tubular steel ring or footrest. the telescoping extensions contains multiple pre-drilled holes for adjusting the height of the seat. the folded and pressed steel backrest is original and intact. the stool contains a uniform "factory green" paint finish. measures 37 inches tall x 12 inches wide.
