c. 1899 original antique american interior residential parlor room pier mirror or console salvaged from a chicago graystone residence undergoing demolition. the freestanding console is comprised largely of solid white oak wood with original varnished finish largely intact. pressed wood ornament or applique is found on the top crown and plinth block bases supporting the protruding bench seat. fabricated by the peerless mantel works, chicago, il. original beveled mirror has been removed. measures 51 x 10 x 91 inches.
