very clean and completely repurposed vintage american industrial coffee table containing a heavy gauge steel frame originally apart of a larger shelving unit fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the massive shelving unit was constructed in the 1940's. the base has been reconfigured and brushed down to bare metal. a newly added pine wood board tabletop with a mostly uniform and darkly stained finish is tightly affixed to the frame. the tubular steel legs contain welded joint stretchers for added support and stability. the bare steel has been sealed with a clear coat finish. two similar tables available. measures approximately 68 x 26 1 /2 x 19 1/2 inches.
