pair of c. 1940's vintage american industrial repurposed nightstands or side tables possibly fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the two side tables were originally used in a midwest pharmaceutical processing plant, with stainless steel tops and a baked "sani" white enameled finish. the newly added old growth pine wood tabletops are fastened tightly to the heavy gauge steel four-legged bases. the "factory green" enameled finish remains largely intact. the gusset plates provide added support and stability. measure 23 1/2 x 16 x 18 1/2 inches. priced for the pair.
